Our project experiences encompass:

Petrochemical Sector

• Saldanha Strategic Reserves Storage Facilities: Development of 8 massive storage tanks, each
• equivalent in size to four Ellis Park Stadiums. Purpose: Strategic fuel storage to support national
• energy security.
• Connecting Pipelines and Pumping Undersea Stations: Installation of 2.5 km of encased pipelines
  connecting strategic fuel points. Engineering of flying decks and infrastructure at 40 meters height.
  Complex offshore and onshore interface solutions.
• Sasol 1, 2, and 3 Plants: Construction of infrastructure, reservoirs, civil works, and buildings for
  major petrochemical facilities. Supporting the expansion of South Africa’s fuel production capacity.
• Mossgas Development: Design and construction of pipelines, cathodic welds, and bridges to
  support offshore gas production. Facilitated the establishment of gas-to-liquids technology in South
  Africa.
• Eco Diesol via Pyrolysis Plant: Development of a pyrolysis-based energy company for renewable
  fuel production. Project was ultimately discontinued due to government policy changes.

Nuclear and Uranium Sector

• Uranium Enrichment Plant – UCOR Pelindaba: Full infrastructure support including pipelines, substations, towers, and offices. Enabled advanced uranium processing capabilities for nuclear energy and research

Mining Sector

• Diamond and Precious Metal Mines (Blesbok, Jwaneng, Orapa, Rustenburg): Development of
• mining infrastructure including settling ponds, refineries, and silos. Projects supported high-value
• mineral extraction and processing.
• Gold and Platinum Mines (Tavistock, Randfontein Estates, Western Deep Levels): Construction of
  substations, culverts, pipelines, headgears, and rail tracks. Enhanced the transport and processing
  capacity of major South African mining operations.
• Khutala Coal Mine: Complete mine development: inclined shafts, stores, offices, and processing
  facilities. Created a fully functional mining complex from the ground up.
• Eastern Platinum Mine: Development of comprehensive mine infrastructure including hostels, housing, a golf course, and a hospital. Supported both operational and community well-being needs of the mining workforce

Civil Engineering and Heavy Infrastructure

• Cooling Towers, Headgears, Slides, Decking, Canals, and Structures: Design and construction of heavy civil engineering works across multiple industrial sectors. Specialised in high-complexity structures requiring advanced engineering techniques.

Power Stations

• Taaibos, Kriel, Matla, Ogies Power Stations: Execution of civil works, buildings, conveyors, pipelines, and supporting infrastructure. Contributed to South Africa’s energy generation capacity through coal-fired power plant projects.

Industrial Sector

• Middelburg Steel Plant: Delivery of civil works, infrastructure, and buildings for a major steel
• production facility.
• Sappi Ngodwana Paper Mill: Complete building package including cladding, walling, offices, and
  site works. Integral to South Africa’s pulp and paper industry growth.
• Rosslyn Brewery: Full construction of buildings, cladding, walling, and office facilities for brewery
  operations.

Infrastructure Development

• Roads: Design and construction of internal, municipal, gravel, concrete, and paved road systems.
• Projects executed both nationally and internationally.
• Bridges: Road-over-rail bridges, river crossings, and flyover structures. Incorporation of
  incremental launch techniques and advanced civil engineering methods.
• Pipelines: Water, sewer, oil, and gas pipelines. Work includes concrete, steel, encased, and UPVC
  pipelines with fencing and reticulation.

Healthcare and Hospital Development

• Medical Facilities and Hospitals: Development, design, and construction of hospitals and clinics
• across South Africa, including Thlabane/Ferncrest Hospital, Bagleyston Clinic, Richards Bay Private
• Hospital, Olivedale Private Hospital, Umhlanga Private Hospital. Involvement as a shareholder and
• director in operational healthcare companies. Delivery of turnkey healthcare projects: design,
• develop, construct, commission.
• NETCARE Group Involvement: Due diligence for listing, shareholding, and acquisitions. Oversight
  of utilities, extensions, additions, alterations, and infrastructure development for hospitals.
  Participation in Pegasus’s management of 35 hospitals. Support in Netcare’s acquisition of UK
  hospitals.
• International Healthcare Consulting: Advised governments and private entities in Libya, OAU,
  Oman, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Eswatini, Namibia, Liberia, Ivory Coast. Focus on health
  infrastructure development, medical tourism, and strategic healthcare city planning.
• Eswatini Health Projects: Initiated due diligence, application development, and digital patient care
  flow management for the Ministry of Finance. Streamlined patient care through digital transformation
  in Eswatini’s health department.
• Medicross Clinics Development: Simultaneous design, development, construction, and
  commissioning of 35 Medicross clinics. Due diligence support for Netcare’s buyout of Medicross.
• Additional Hospitals for Pegasus: Involved in licensing, design, costing, and development for
  hospitals in Newcastle, Richards Bay, and other locations.

Hospitality Sector

• Rustenburg Thlabane Sun Hotel and Casino: Development and extension of luxury hotel and
• casino facilities to support tourism and entertainment.
• Sun City, Cascades, Cabanas, Bakubung, Kwa Maritane: Major involvement in the construction of
  iconic South African hospitality destinations. Responsible for civil, structural, and finishing works in
  high-profile leisure projects.
• Private Lodges on Game Reserves: Design and development of exclusive private lodges in South
  African game reserves. Focused on blending luxury living with conservation and eco-sensitive
  design.
• Care Hotels in Wellness: Involved in the creation of specialized care hotels within wellness resorts,
  integrating healthcare and hospitality services. Projects focused on blending medical facilities with
