  • Construction Management of 25 Medi-Cross clinics for the Medi-Cross group, before its acquisition by Netcare.
  • Oversight of Emerging contractors for the construction of 19 Railway Stations, Shopping Centers, Game Lodges, and Housing Projects.
  • Housing Projects, including Corporate housing for Ballito valued at $68.7 million, as well as Corporate, High-rise, and High-Density sectional title developments for both our group and large Corporations and Clients.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and strategic plans for proposed public hospital refurbishments worth $150 million in the Newcastle and Kwa-Mashu regions of Kwa Zulu Natal.
  • Director-level management of 2 highly successful Private Hospitals post-Turnkey development, including a 230-bed facility with 8 theaters and full support services.
  • Development of a 150-bed private hospital featuring 6 theaters, ICU, radiology, casualty, oncology, maternity, pediatric, and general wards, along with consulting rooms, administration offices, and a restaurant.

Maintenance/Property Management:
